• We have an annual stemne (convention) at various locations throughout the Midwest that features exhibits, demonstrations, educational seminars with interesting speakers, entertainment, genealogy workshops and banquets. The stemne affords many opportunities to learn more about Sogn, its culture, descendants and family history.

• You'll have the opportunity to learn more about Sogn, Norway, meet new friends with similar heritage backgrounds and perhaps, even meet new relatives!

• The satisfaction of knowing that your membership is strengthening a heritage organization that enables others to gain new knowledge and information about their Norwegian background.

  Our convention in 2006 will be held in the La Crosse area on August 4,5 & 6. Please put this on your scheduled and watch the web page or check the newsletter for definite information when place and dates are confirmed.
